CityIR emphasizes what we call the 167 Hour Principle: there 168 hours in one week, if we treat you for 1 hour per week, we need to make sure that we give you the knowledge to take care of your condition for the remaining 167 hours. This means that we must teach you to avoid bad movement and postural patterns, allowing you to maintain the results that we achieve in the office.
