WRIST AND HAND:

The wrist and hand are a complex system made up of a combined 27 bones, 29 joints, and 123 ligaments that are common sites for many injuries. Our wrists and hands are some of the most common regions for repetitive stress injuries, and dysfunction can be linked to a variety of painful conditions. It can be responsible for pain in the wrist/hand, forearm, shoulder, and other regions of the body. Wrist and hand pain have many different origins and presentations and should always be evaluated by a medical professional.
